What we collect
When you reserve a table we store your name, phone number, email, the date, time and size of your booking, and any notes you add. When you send a private-hire enquiry we store the details you type into the form.
Why
Only to confirm and manage your booking or reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your details or add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.
How long
Booking records are deleted twelve months after your visit. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after six months.
Your choices
Email hello@qahwa-co.devany.app to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within one working day.
Analytics
Our website host counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
